By accessing our website at whitneyranchdogretreat.com or by using any services provided by Islandprl Fitness Incorporated dba Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat ("we," "our," or "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website or services.

Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat provides boutique in-home dog care services in the Whitney Ranch community of Rocklin, California. Our services include overnight retreat stays, doggy daycare, dog walking, trail field trips, and pet portrait photography sessions.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service to any client or pet at our sole discretion including following a meet and greet assessment.

All new clients are required to complete a complimentary meet and greet before their first booking. This allows us to assess temperament compatibility and ensure our retreat is the right fit for your pet.

Bookings are confirmed only after Emily has reviewed your inquiry and provided written or verbal confirmation. Submission of the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

We maintain a strict maximum capacity to ensure every pet receives personalized care. Availability is limited and we cannot guarantee specific dates until confirmed.

Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation. We ask that clients provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling so we can accommodate other clients on our waitlist.

Holiday and peak season bookings may be subject to stricter cancellation terms which will be communicated at the time of booking.

All pets must be current on the following vaccinations prior to their first visit: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of current vaccinations must be provided at or before the meet and greet.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that appears ill, shows signs of aggression, or poses a risk to our resident pets, staff, or other clients.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known health conditions, behavioral issues, medications, or special needs at the time of inquiry. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of services.

Clients are responsible for providing their pet's regular food, medications, and any comfort items for the duration of their stay. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought to our facility.

Clients must provide accurate emergency contact information and a preferred veterinarian's contact details at the time of booking. In the event of a medical emergency we will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner and will seek veterinary care as needed.

While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat and Islandprl Fitness Incorporated are not liable for illness, injury, death, loss, or damage to any pet while in our care except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By booking our services clients acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

By using our services you grant Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat permission to photograph and video record your pet during their stay for the purpose of sending updates to you and for use in our marketing materials including our website and social media channels.

If you do not wish for your pet to appear in our marketing materials please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form you agree to receive text messages from Islandprl Fitness Incorporated dba Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. SMS consent is not a condition of service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.

SMS consent and phone numbers collected through our forms are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Islandprl Fitness Incorporated dba Whitney Ranch Dog Retreat is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting our contact form and providing your phone number you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Placer County, California.
